42 Hour Mini-Vacay in Colorado

My friend Luke from VT contacted me a couple of weeks ago to let me know he'd be in Colorado, so I told him we'd have to go hiking... well hiking turned into probably the busiest weekend ever..

The weekend went a little like this:
Friday-
8:30 p.m.: Picked Luke up from his hotel
9:30 p.m.: Wynkoop Brewery for beer and food
Saturday-
12:30 a.m.: Light-railed home and went to bed
6:00 a.m.: alarms go off to leave for hiking
6:40 a.m.: depart campus
7:55 a.m.: continental divide at Berthoud Pass9:20 a.m.: trail head at Rocky Mountain National Park10:30 a.m.: sandwich break
12:15 p.m.: back at the trail head
1:15 p.m.: lunch at Beau Joe's in Idaho Springs
3:35 p.m.: back in Denver
5:30 p.m.: Colorado State Capitol, mile high marker
6:10 p.m.: Rockies vs. Padres
9:00 p.m.: Sports Column for drinks with friends
11:00 p.m.: headed home/ ended up going for dessert at BJ's Brewery
Sunday-
1:00 a.m.: bed
4:45 a.m.: alarms going off
5:00 a.m.: departing for Red Rocks
5:36 a.m.: sunrise over Denver
6:00 a.m.: bed
10:30 a.m.: up
11:00 a.m.: Little Anita's
12:00 p.m.: REI Flagship
1:00 p.m.: Denver International Airport

So, not a ton of sleep... but we saw some highlights of Colorado.
