It's my favorite poem.
It was written by an old friend of mine. enjoy.
I catch a glimpse and stay awhile
In those green eyes and toxic smile.
Wandering through this reckless stare
I wonder just how long I dare.
But,
I look away so you won't see
How far away that gaze takes me
To seas and skies and stars above,
To dreams and sighs and songs of love.
